Our driver/tour guide J.R. was one of the best guides we have ever had anywhere! He was very knowledgeable about the history and information on the locations we visited in Washington, D.C. and was able to keep everyone safe in the heavy populated roads of the city. Unbelievable tour!

We loved being able to see numerous monuments in one tour. This was our first time to do a tour like this at night and it was awesome. Our tour guide provided history galore throughout the evening. It added to the experience. Definitely do this tour!!

We were texted and reminded to be early for the bus...we did that...well? 3 of the drivers called out sick...and as such? Everyone couldn't get on the bus...what a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! THE moment the drivers called in? The tour should have let us know...but instead? They let us stand on a long line for nearly an hour and told us after the last bus was full..giving ZERO time to make other arrangements BC it was now nearly 8pm....so? So? Yes issues arise...but the way this was handled VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sad

Unfortunately my family was not able to complete the tour because there were not enough tour buses and several employees had called out sick on a Saturday evening! We were very disappointed and I request to receive a refund on my credit card please.

Cap the ticket sales!
Rodlene_B
, Aug 2022
They overbooked this tour so we were not able to go on. This was our last night in DC so we were extremely upset! Now mind you we had already paid $15 to park and couldn’t get our money back! Maybe they should cap the tickets at 4 or 4 trollies so this doesn’t happen.

Overpriced and not worth it
Shawn_G
, Aug 2022
Not worth the money! Sound system was low and people were talking so we could hardly hear anything. Only 3 photo stops compared to the 10 most other tours offered. Also, it left at 7:30 instead of leaving later so the first hour of the tour wasn't lit up. Kind of defeats the purpose of a monuments by moonlight tour! They took our money and ran with this one. It’s a total tourist trap. I definitely wouldn’t book through this company again.
