The tour was great and I enjoyed every bit of it. The opportunity to watch the master glass craftsman was an experience I won’t soon forget. Bravo!
Must do! Have your cameras ready!

We loved this tour! So amazing to see the glass master’s craft works of art. Have you cameras and wallets ready. All of our guides were friendly and patient with us as we took our time in the workshop and gift shop. Valentina and Paul were amazing.
The biggest complaint I...
, Nov 2021
The biggest complaint I have is that when we got to the meeting point, we had to pay the guide for a ticket for the boat to bring us to the island. We didn’t realize we had this extra charge, and transportation took a solid half hour. This definitely decreased the value of my experience.

Hello From one side we are happy that the only complain was for the extra coast of transportation It not our fault becouse is clear on the information and on the exclusion that if you havn't a daily ticket there is an extra to pay Unfortunately when people like you book few ours before the beginning of the tour do not read with attention all info Kind Regards Ludovico
Worth it

Luca was great with communication and informative. Helped us to learn how to negotiate the water bus system. Factory demonstration was awesome.
Viator, do something about the aggressive sales people
, Sep 2021
A welcome change of pace. Everything was fantastic, but the salesman followed me all over the showroom repeating the same questions, "want to buy a vase, want to buy glasses, want to buy, want to buy"? I couldn't take it and ran out the door. I really wanted to buy glasses, but this wore me out. Too much walking, probably 2 miles total. Worth the visit!
Worst experience

We weren't sent the email with instructions. We tried to get to the glass factory ourselves. We got lost and spent forever trying to get there. Unfortunately, we were on the incorrect boat so we had to wait to get off. The guide kept calling and became upset with us even though we were trying so hard to get there. We finally made it and the guide stopped answering his phone. We didn't get any part of our experience and no refund. We were in Europe for 2 1/2 weeks and this was our only bad experience.

Not worth the money.
, Aug 2021
The glass blowing demo was amazing. It lasts for 5 minutes. The other 1.5 hours is a sales pitch. The “guide” who meets you is actually an employee of the company. Buy a taxi ticket to Murano, walk to the factory and ask to see a demo. They will do it for you.

Hello we are sorry you did not enjoy the tour. Actually you warched glass production for 25 minutes and you saw the complete process of 2 objects. In the workshop you sent 50 minutes or a bit less. The rest of the time you saw the art gallery with exibitiin It the glass factory There is no ibligation to buy or any tipe of pressure . Of course you can take a public boat by your own but will stay 1 hour in a crouded boat instead a local person that let you reach Murano in 10 minutes. The Colleaini glass factory is thebonly one that offer hands on workshop
Not special
, Aug 2021
Not a special experience. The guide was not very professional. The glass factory was a commercial Trapp and the workshop was nothing more than making a bracelet from beads. Transport with the vaporetto had to be paid for extra.

Great fun

Great fun. Very informative. Very interesting to see how everything is done by hand. Our guide was there waiting for us and was very friendly.

I really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was exceptional and enjoyed the glass demonstration and workshop. It was nice to create a bracelet to take home. Lovely glass pieces in shop to suit all budgets. Thoroughly recommend.
