Bought the VIP card for the 10% discount when most of the shops do not accept it. Selection is also rather limited. La Roca Village at Barcelona would be a better experience with 20% discount without having to pay for any VIP pass.

First of all it was very easy to collect our tickets and staff were very nice at the Visitor center, the coach journey was about and hour and a half but that was no problem. After arriving at the outlet, you had more than enough time to look around every shop pretty much and all the staff in a lot of the stores made you feel very welcome. There are also plenty of food options to pick from. I would highly recommend to go. And I would also recommend picking Zani Viaggi tours as it was very straightforward and easy to do!

This experience was not at all enjoyable. Firstly they did not have our names on the list even though I could provide tickets and paid confirmation then after that got sorted we were one of the lucky ones to get a seat on the bus. Some people had to stand for the nearly two hour trip. There is nothing at Seravalle except for expensive shops (no great discounts as mentioned) so if you are happy literally spending money for 8 hours straight good if not then dont bother. The tour is too long and the bus was stifling and hot on way home.

Serravale was just a regular fashion outlet similar to Us. The luxury stores had strict maximum capacity which does not make sense since other stores do not implement that. The tour itself is not exactly 6.5 hrs but more around 6 hours. Bus was full and cramped

No social distancing (every seat was taken), insufficient storage, and no enforcing masks among passengers. Many just stopped wearing their masks and I had to ask more than one person to put theirs back on; if the bus had been at half capacity, it wouldn’t have been so bad. I would never recommend this and won’t take it again. It would be cheaper and safer to rent a car.
