Marco is the best!!! This tour is the highlight of our Rome trip. Marco did great at leading us to key structures and artifacts. We learned so much in the time we spent with him. The tour itself is well organized and we had plenty of time to explore after as well.

The meeting spot was impossible to find. The number to call was for the States and was after hours. We missed the tour due to ridiculous instructions. Other tour guides said these second hand tours have this problem all the time. I’m requesting a full refund.

Although the tour guide operator was knowledgeable I found it to be rushed. No time to look around and experience the tour. He didn’t have a flag and often times was easy to lose. In fact at the Sistine chapel I lost him and the group and was left on my own. Not too happy. Would I visit again yes but maybe try a different tour guide.

What a great tour. I am sure that everyone in our group was as satisfied with it, as we were. Do not hesitate to take this informative beautiful tour. It does take a bit of walking (about 10000 steps) but it is good exercise, with plenty of stairs but a very patient guide for us 70 year olds who move slowly. Have a ball!

Tour guide was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions from the group. Due to the crowds, standing in line, and stairs, it would have been helpful if mobility requirements would have been posted in advance. Some group members had difficulty keeping up, which slowed down the whole tour.

Our guide was wonderful and so knowledgable, especially about the art of the Sistine Chapel. She allowed us to slowly take in St Peter's Basilica - I appreciated the time we could take asking questions and just taking in the beauty. It was an outstandingly hot day, but our guide never seemed bothered by the heat - she just kept at her job, allowing us time in the shade when we needed it. This was a great tour.

There are SO many Vatican tours available - this is one of the great ones. When we arrived at the tour office they divided us into several groups. Ours had 30 people and we all had wireless radios and earpieces to listen to our excellent guide. We went to St Peter's Basilica first and then over to the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. As we waited for St Peter's security, our guide shared so many excellent insights with us. The interior was stunning. It was a hot July day for us - but we managed to find as much shade as possible.
