Best excursion ever!

Our guide was Tonatzin and she was AWESOME! They were on time, professional and the activities were BEYOND AMAZING. We've ziplined and snorkeled before but the cenotes made them both unbelievably better. There's no 4x4 or whatever, so don't purchase for that reason. Our family of five, including teenagers and a preteen, all said this was the greatest excursion ever!

Enjoyed the excursion - even thou I was not able to participate in most of the activities due to minor injury (fell and hurt foot) Rudy was a great guide - explained all activities and made sure that I was guided thru the jungle to meet up with the group. Would have preferred an all English speaking group (we were the only 2 in the original group) My friend was able to complete the activities and truly enjoyed the day. Lunch was good and a very nice day to enjoy the area and the sun

We are glad to read you enjoyed most of the trip in spite of your injury. We usually divide the groups by languages if we do not have enough passengers we do give the tour in both ( English and Spanish) languages.

Very unorganized

The activities in the tour were wonderful! What’s bringing the rating down is the large amount of waiting and disorganization of the tour. The description of the tour said we would have an hour in Tulum to explore. We had 10 minutes. Then we had to wait and wait for zip lining. Lunch wasn’t served until 4 and it wasn’t a buffet style lunch. Very disappointed overall. The cenotes was fun and our guide was doing his best, but wasn’t enough.

we appreciate you sent this comments and just in order to reconfirm that this is not our daily operation. On the day you went to the tour there was a social protest were most women stopped doing the regular activities, therefore, not working or leaving ther homes. We apologize because this affected the experience you booked.

This tour was great. We visited two cenotes and we also were part of a Mayan ritual which was so cool! We enjoyed every moment of it. We did get confused with the 4x4 we thought we were going to ride ATVs but we really just got into a big truck LOL.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience, the 4x4 truck is subject to availability, however you can enjoy it most of the time, we are really glad you enjoyed this trip.

Transport at the hotel never happened

We waited at our hotel for the transport to arrive. I called 15 minutes after our pick up time to determine the delay. I was told there was an “incident” with the van and they had no back-ups. They needed to reschedule and no other days for our trip.

Good afternoon dear Customer: We do apologize about the inconveniences on your tour date we are hardly working to improve the procedure in the reservations, we regret you could not go on the tour the next day, however, your refund has been processed in full due to the circumstances.

Amazing Excursion!!

This excursion was 10/10! The day started with 2 ziplines, and then we ziplined into a cenote, then snorkeled for a good amount of time, then 2 more ziplines, and then repelling down into another cenote! We were fed a Mayan lunch and then spent a few hours at the Tulum Ruins which has the most beautiful beach. Well worth the money and Sarah is the best guide!! Makes you feel very safe on the ziplines and is very knowledgeable.

Fun tour!

In the beginning of the trip, participating and seeing a Mayan ritual was one of a kind experience. I am a Christian but getting to know a different culture/religion was interesting as well as what the Mayan descendant(ritual leader) prayed for was clear. 5 different zip lines and snorkeling were fun. However, getting to the top of the zipline is dangerous and need to be extra careful. Wear shoes, not flip-flops. My tour guide, Jose Cruz was friendly, entertaining and very responsible to keep the group safe. Lastly Tulum tour was informative and my guide did a great job! For improvement, the company needs to inform people when the ride arrival gets delayed a little. Also need to indicate the name of the tour company in the voucher. Otherwise, you would never know which tour bus/van you take.
