Transfer from Naples to Sorrento with 2 hours to visit Pompei ruins

I booked a transfer from Naples to Sorrento, with a 2 hour private tour at Pompeii, it was clearly stated on my confirmation that what was included was driver/guide. Well, the driver made it clear when we arrived he was only a driver and I must of been mistaken, although, it clearly stated the opposite. Also, the website had other options that were cheaper, transfer with 2 hour stop over for your own tour, but that's not what I purchased. I would of not booked this transfer/tour unless it clearly covered the private tour since it was way more expensive than a std transfer and stop over. They also sent me reminder of my purchase and actually changed the description on the reminder, what a scam. I would book a tour with this company, there are others that live up to what you purchase. I'm going to request a refund, but based on what I've experienced thus far, I doubt that will happen.

This is not how the title or description is described. There was no private tour. It is simply just a transfer from Naples to Sorrento however we didn’t even go to Sorrento. It was a transfer from Naples to Naples with a stop in Pompeii, so we didn’t even get the drive up and down the coast. I understood that I would have to buy entry tickets outside of this booking but had thought it included a private tour of Pompeii. It’s very expensive just for a car transfer. I could have easily purchased this somewhere else for much cheaper.
