Private Transfer: Marrakech Menara Airport to Hotel in city center

We booked a private transfer from airport to hotel. We were dropped off somewhere not close to hotel and told to use our own sat Nav if we had one or pay a local guide to show us where it was !!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!

Our transportation was great! Our flight was delayed and we were stuck in a long line leaving the airport but they waited and were there to meet us as soon as we got out. Friendly, courteous and very easy to deal with!

Our flight was delayed and we got stuck at the immigration for almost 2 hrs (00:30-02:30). The taxi driver was there waiting for us. My husband paid him cash when we arrived at the hotel, but later the taxi driver came back to the hotel and returned the money to us since we have already paid it via Viator.Honest and trustworthy company!

Worked perfectly. Driver was waiting when we arrived and took care of everything. our hotel was down a pedestrian lane, but he helped with all the bags on the walk. I just love a welcome sign and private transfer when arriving somewhere new!!!

Good ! The driver waited for us even though we had to queue for 1.10h for the papers !

Tip: Contact Maroc Excursions via facebook and make sure they walk you through step by step what to expect. They are not very good with communications. Since we've never been to Marrakech before, we requested a private transfer from RAK to our Riad via Maroc Excursions. Someone met us at the airport with a sign with my name on it and drove us to the edge of the Medina where someone else took our bags and carried them to our Riad 10 min walk through the streets of the Medina. The big negative here was that no one communicated to us that we would be transferring our bags to another person and walking 10 min. Not knowing the language or ever been to Morocco. This was a bit scary. Then the guy who carried our bags requested a 5 Euro tip, kind of ridiculous and was not communicated to us ahead of time. However, it all worked out. When I contacted Maroc excursions to explain my frustrations with the complete lack of communication, they offered me a free ride back to the airport. I would recommend Maroc Excursions to a friend but caution to ask a lot of questions to understand how everything works.

I was not at all impressed with this offer. They were 20 minutes late arriving at the airport. I was standing around while numerous other transports came and left with their passengers. When they finally did arrive, they sort of moseyed on over as if they had all the time in the world -- one of the two men was smoking. They then proceeded to try to get me to buy other excursions from their company through the entire drive to my location.

Driver was waiting with a sign. Very pleasant experience. Escorted us through the streets on foot to our riad.

Our driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign, exactly as described. The vehicle was nice and clean, the driver was friendly and took us to our hotel. The price was right on target. Couldn't ask for anything more!
