The seats are extremely comfortable and easy to relax during the ride. The staff were all very nice and helpful and it was pretty cool being handed tunics and traditional head dress. My camel was pretty, but made terrible noises constantly on the ride! The ride is about 1 hour which is enough time without a break. It was fun and good value to do on Christmas Day - my negatives about it are the bus picking up stopped at loads of hotels before arriving at the palmeraie - nearly an hour in the bus when it's only a few miles away. The last slightly disappointing thing and it's not the tour operator's fault, but the views around the palmeraie aren't good - the palm grove is getting to be extremely developed and if not built on there are boundary walls built everywhere. It's not a wild palm desert at all.
