Easy and worth it

Waited at the meeting spot for less than a minute, we even arrived a few minutes early. We were then greeted and taken right into the museum, very easy and worth it as the lines were very long. We only liked the museum for David as that is the main attraction.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable, and approachable. The history of every art work was explained without bias. I have learned a lot in this tour. Thanks

Thanks god! We made this reservation we really appreciated the time we saved . The real line was huge and we only waited for 5 minutes. I really recommend it.

Skipping the line ticket

, Aug 2022
We chose the timed skip the line ticket without the guide. Inside we rented the audio guide for 5 euros. This was the perfect way to enjoy the museums. We could take our time to savor the exhibits- we took 3 hours in the museum. The audio guide is really nice in the musical instruments exhibit. Several of the instruments had examples of the sounds which we enjoyed.

The David is breathtaking. The artwork continues to remind us of the rich history that is uniquely Italian

It was a good idea for us to do a “priority entrance” tour instead of a guided tour—it allowed us to move through at our own pace, revisit some areas, etc. Of course, David is…well, DAVID. Up close and personal is the best way to see him. If you go, make sure to pick up the self-paced audio guide.

When we arrived the ticket person was right there. Got our tickets and got in early. Great seeing all the religious paintings and Michaelangelo's David.

Visit was as promoted by Viator. Incredible art. It was crowded, but we expected that. Nothing more to say.

Most vague directions ever. Paid for and missed my opportunity to see Duomo after being misdirected and waiting in two long lines in hot sun

Our guide was excellent. She provided interesting information on the history and stories of the paintings and artists and architects. It was fascinating because she was so knowledgeable.

We were able to skip the line that was probably 2 hours long in 100 degrees. Once inside we did a self-guided tour, which was sufficient for our purposes.

We were late but the contact person did everything he could to let us in without waiting in line. After that everything was perfect!

Great way to see all you want at your own pace without having to wait in the long entrance line. Directions to find person for tickets were right on.

When we arrived we were told that there was some change in policy and we had to re-buy the tickets for my kids. I was given 10.50 Euro as a “refund” and had to pay 12 Euro inside for 3 kids tickets. Confusing, to say the least.

When we approached the Accademia, the person that had our tickets did not have on an official t-shirt, no sign, nothing symbolizing an official representative. Honestly, he looked like a haggler on the street. Somebody I did NOT want to approach but was forced to, because there is nobody else to ask.

David and more
Nicola_B
, Jul 2022
Accademia was fantastic not just for seeing David. Just be aware that although this does promote itself as skip the line you still do have to queue at your timeslot albeit for a shorter amount (20-30mins) instead of the 2 hours main queue.

Saved so much time!

We really did not have to wait long at all in line. We arrived before our scheduled time and we were able to get tickets early. This saved us so much time, highly recommend!

Worth the money

It was over 90 degrees when we went. Sure, it's free but waiting for four hours...fuggetaboutit. This is a well organized crew headed by a gracious, friendly young lady who got us to the door on time.

Waste of Money!
Gilda_D
, Jul 2022
Very poorly organized. Vendor was pulling audio materials from behind a construction site. Gave priority to the guided tour people. Made us wait saying my colleague is getting your tickets, but never did until an hour past our entry time!! Our entry time was at 3pm and we did not get in until 4pm waiting in the heat. The regular line was faster than the skip the line ticket because we saw them!! Total waste of money!
