Our driver, Mario, extended supreme customer service! Upon arrival, he was waiting at the airport with a sign (see photo), and immediately whisked us away. He offered hand sanitizer and made our transfer comfortable. He even played Beyonce music the entire trip, which is my favorite! Highly recommend Viator!

They were there for pick up but I waiting in my hotel lobby for over an hour and the bells man stated no one was there for me and I never saw anyone come in and when I called to see they said I was a no show and that was all no further a compensation and when I filed a complaint viator said my side was not valid! Very upset ! Never again ! All on my birthday... smh
