Take a break in a family farm surrounded by the flavors of the Tuscan products. Dive into the green shades of our vineyard and olive groves with a private and exclusive tour of the Tuscan countryside. During the tasting, a member of our family will guide you through a real Tuscan experience, with tasty dishes based on Saffron, a typical product of San Gimignano. Enjoy a full wine tasting and olive oil tasting in a rustic farm that overlooks the green Tuscan hills. All our organic wines and olive oils come straight from the winery’s own vineyards and olive trees.

Halfway between Siena and Florence, in a small hamlet, Pancole, 6 km from the center of San Gimignano is the Cesani Biological Farm, owned by the homonymous family, which produces wine and extra-virgin olive oil quality since 1949. The activity continues today thanks to the passion and competence of the daughters of Vincenzo, Letizia and Marialuisa, where female energy, not surprisingly, is the real strength of this small but dynamic reality. Today the company covers about 30 hectares, cultivated with vineyards and olive groves in an organic regime, where wisdom and family tradition, combined with new technologies, allow to obtain superior quality products, as attested by the major magazines and sector guides where the CESANI wines are always reviewed with maximum results.

Cooking Classes at Casa Emma represent a very unique food and wine experience, perfect if you want to learn more about traditional Tuscan cuisine and food and wine pairing. As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by a wine expert who will follow you during the whole experience, starting from a tour in the cellar, where you can learn more about the company philosophy and the winemaking. Then, you will meet our Chef (English speaking) who will guide you through the different stages of the food preparation, by using only Tuscan raw materials. The recipes selected by our Chef include: pasta (ravioli, tagliatelle…), Pizza Margherita and a dessert, but we are ready and open to meet every request! Just before eating, our wine expert will explain to you all the products made in the farmhouse: our extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 5 different types of wine to pair with food. The minimum number of participants for this experience is 2 people, up to 10.

The Cesani family and our staff are pleased to welcome you to Pancole, just 5km from the historic center of San Gimignano, where you will have the opportunity to sit and taste the company products presented with skill and passion, and thus have the opportunity to to know the history, the production process and the organoleptic characteristics of all the productions that the Cesani family offers. The tasting includes 5 wines of our production (2 Vernaccia di San Gimignano and 3 Red Wines) and our extra-virgin olive oil. A taste of pecorino cheese and other traditional goodies will accompany the presented wine. The guided tour of the modern and rational winery will allow you to discover that tradition and technology are an inseparable combination for the production of great wines from organic grapes. Simplicity and professionalism are fundamental characteristics to obtain products of the highest quality.

When outside it's cold, the wind blows and the rain falls incessantly, what could be better than a good meal in front of the fireplace? So we decided, just for the winter period, to create an experience to warm your heart and soul; a tasting of our best organic products accompanied by a rich lunch based on typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition. You will start the experience by visiting our Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano. You will continue immersing yourself in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our farm with the tasting of our wines and organic oils combined with the best traditional dishes. Winter Lunch includes: - Mixed appetizer with bruschetta, salami, and Tuscan cheeses - Pasta of the day - A dish of meat - Hot drink and dessert - Vinsanto or Sangiovese Chinato - Tasting of our wines and organic oils

A wonderful walk along the Via Francigena to discover the most panoramic company "cru". We will talk about our reality and we will discover all the secrets that link native vines with a territory unique in the world. We will visit, if interested, the Parish Church of Cellole, one of the most beautiful and mystical Romanesque churches in the region. In the shade of an oak tree, with a breathtaking view of San Gimignano, we will taste 3 of our organic wines with Tuscan appetizers. Upon returning to the Company, visit our simple but professional wine cellar.
