Your guide will take you to visit the local market. He will provide you with all kinds of explanations regarding products, traditions and customs. Upon arrival to our host in his typical house, you will be welcomed with open arms and authentic Moroccan hospitality. Over the next few hours, Haja will teach you how to cook a tasty meal of local dishes. Cooking with Haja is often a unique social experience. She will share stories about food, about her family, and about her life. Once your masterpieces are ready, you will savor the real taste of Moroccan family cooking, around a lunch served with a lot of love. The Cooking Class starts at 11:00 ou 17:00 and lasts about 04 hours.

For a few hours, you will be the guest apprentices of your host “Abderrahim” in his typical Riad in the old medina of Fez. Your guide will drive you in the morning to visit the local market. He will provide you with all kinds of explanations of the products, traditions and customs related to them. Upon arrival at “Riad nazha”, you will be greeted by work aprons to start learning how to prepare a selection of bread. Cooking with Abderrahim is often a unique social experience. He will share secrets of making a fluffy bread and the best Moroccan pancakces.. At the end of this session, you will have the opportunity to taste all what you made, served with great love and hospitality around a cup of mint tea, before receiving a certificate of achievement around ‘a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.

Passionate about cooking and learning. Our experienced chefs are ready to share their knowledge with you. You will learn with them the tricks of the pros and the little secrets of Moroccan cuisine. Your Master Class will be provided by a trained and experienced chef who will offer you an advanced course of at least 6 hours, with the aim of teaching you how to make local recipes, traditional dishes of Moroccan gastronomy or more current recipes and while enriching this workshop with explanations of products, traditions and customs.
