This diverse hike leads us to Cap Sim with a stunning ocean view where we discover the beautiful bay and village of Sidi Kaouki and also traverse the Juniper Forest. During this hike we discover beautiful vistas of sea and wild dunes. After a short 30-minute drive south, we find ourselves in the middle of the peninsula dunes. We head towards the ocean taking small paths between white broom and juniper trees to the beach passing the lighthouse of Cap Sim. We pass Taguenza, a small fishing village on the beach, on our way to Sidi Kaouki where we enjoy our traditional lunch. After refreshing ourselves, we hike up the hills on winding paths through scenic terrain with Argan and Carob trees.

First stop DIiabat, a former hippy enclave where the Rolling Stones used to hang out and the inspiration for Jemi Hendrix’s song “Castles Made of Sand”. Continue to Sidi Mbarek, a small Berber village 35 km south of Essaouira, where the trek begins. Walk to the little cascade and visit the old Marabout (tomb of a Saint or wise man). The stream brings some water (water level depends on the seasons/rain) into this very dry region to irrigate local crops. Walking time is 45 minutes to reach the cascade and 30 minutes back. Continue to Sidi Kaouki, a relaxed surfers’ village, to enjoy a delicious sardine picnic, in an ideal lunch spot overlooking the large sandy beach.On the way back to the city, there is also the option of visiting an Argan cooperative, to learn how precious Argan oil – unique to this area - is produced. The visit includes a tasting of the oil.

This is a guided donkey walk in the Haha region, 30 km south of Essaouira towards Agadir. It is a fun activity for kids. They can ride on the donkeys and discover an authentic countryside. You will pass hidden traditional Berber villages, walk through dunes and near hidden beaches and finally arrive at the riverside. There will be shepherds and farmers in the countryside going about their daily chores. We will have lunch (delicious goat meat or vegetarian tagine) and a traditional tea ceremony at the family house of our donkey guide, freshly prepared by his wife. The meal in the family’s home gives you an insight into authentic countryside living and eating rituals. They will invite you to eat with your hands and we will all eat from one pot, as they do every day. Of course you will be provided with forks and plates if you wish. As we will be driving through the Argan zone, you have the option to visit an Argan oil cooperative and learn about the production of this beautiful oil - in all the world, a product unique to this area. They will offer us a taste of the lovely things they make with it, too. Very likely you will see the famous goats in the trees on this tour to the south of Essaouira.

From 09h00 to 17h00 You will travel to Massa small dunes via Tifnit & Sidi R'bat wild beach,continue to Massa park birde and join small dunes then Banana grove and after lunch in local restaurant you drive to Youssef ben Tachafine dam and after you will return to Agadir.
