It is a cooking course where guests will be an active part of the course. Not a demonstration course but guests will literally get their hands on it! You learn simple recipes of our tradition, which can be easily recreated at home. The course takes place on my farm where I produce saffron oil, vegetables and raise chickens: the ingredients we will use are all very fresh, many of which are our own production. If the weather permits, we will take the course outdoors with a view of vineyards and olive trees and then eat what we have prepared in the open air. The farm stands on top of a hill in an oasis of peace and tranquility away from noise, cars and pollution. On request we can make a vegetarian menu.

A fantastic journey into the red wine culture of this land. Brunello di Montalcino is undoubtedly the most famous Tuscan wine in the world. Our private driver will pick you up at your accommodation in Siena or in the Val d'Orcia (Montalcino, San Quirico, Bagno vignoni, Castelnuovo d'orcia) During the trip you can admire the panorama and enjoy fantastic images. Arrived in Montalcino you will be accompanied after a short walk through the streets of the center to the wine shop where the owner will begin the tasting of 8 Brunello di Montalcino wines and you will discover the history of this wine. After the tasting you can take a walk for shopping in the center of Montalcino and after our driver will take you back to your accommodation not before stopping for some panoramic photos
