You will discover a very small winery located in the Monferrato with 6 hectares of land of which about 2.5 are vineyards. The land on which the vineyards are born takes its origin from marine sediments. A limestone, clayey, alkaline and poor in nutrients terroir, which gives these wines pleasant fruity notes and marked minerality. Immediately directed towards a green culture, the company immediately converted the land and vineyards to organic production. A beautiful visit to the cellar, in an informal setting with a guided tasting of 3 glasses of Monferrato wine!

This tour will be led by a Sommelier. You will visit the Monferrato and Langa vineyards, in the Unesco territory. You will visit the cellars, the wine aging room, and there will be a short tasting with combinations of typical products. See you there!

We offer a minimum stay of two nights in Maison Petit Perlage, born as a champagnerie and recently evolved into a charming inn used as a Bed and Breakfast. The peculiarity of our offer is that of allowing our guests to live an experience immersed in 360 ° champagne. Upon your arrival you will find a bottle of champagne in the room and a welcome aperitif, while when you wake up, an exorbitant and sophisticated breakfast with sweets, sausages, cheeses, hot drinks and champagne awaits you. Finally, to round off your experience, a delicious dinner awaits you in a typical Monferrato restaurant (wines not included). The rooms bear the names of three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir room also offers the possibility to enrich your stay by taking a champagne bath in a tub with a view of the Monferrato.

This stage of the Gastronomic Paths will make you discover the beauties of authentic Piedmont, through breathtaking views and panoramas, dotted with vineyards, hills, woods and hazel groves! At the same time you will taste the most delicious and precious wines and products of this splendid region. Furthermore, all participants will receive a cotton backpack containing the "perfect taster" kit, containing a cup holder pocket, a goblet and a cotton tablecloth to be used to consume the gourmet Picnic of the Gastronomic Paths that will be honored at the end of the course . In the basket you will find a very fine selection of Piedmontese products chosen by chef Diego Bongiovanni.
